You can also Opt to Pickup from our Gold Coast QLD Centre for FREE, if assembly is required an additional $199 fee Motorcycles will be applied - Should you require this service, please notify a member of our team prior for booking.

$199 Flat Motorcycle Shipping:

All our RFN Motorcycles are delivered Australia Wide for a flat rate of $199! This flat rate is inclusive of Metro and Rural areas although Fee's may apply to severe Remote Locations or islands (See below).

Free Shipping Items:

Orders over $100 of items less than 50kgs are subject to 100% Free Delivery! Orders under $100 will incurr a $9.95 delivery fee or $199 for motorcycles over 50kg will apply. Fee's may apply to severe Remote Locations or islands (See below).

Remote Locations & Islands:

Surcharges will Apply for all orders going to extremely Remote Locations or Islands across Australia (Eg. Macquarie Island, Lord Howe, Thursday Island, Kangaroo Island, Russel Island etc) and we reserve the right to cancel any order to such location or adjust shipping fee's where necessary, we recommend Contacting Us for a Quote if you believe you may be subject to such charges.

International Rates

Currently we only ship Selected small items to New Zealand, UK, Europe & USA for shipping prices please refer to the checkout. All Prices & Rates are charged in AUD$. Please contact a member of our team if you would like a more accurate shipping quote or for shipping outside of these locations.

P.O Boxes & Parcel Lockers 

We do not deliver to P.O Boxes or Parcel Lockboxes as Australia post does not accept such large articles to post offices. Small satchel items is ok however.

• RFN Motorbikes - Toll Ipec with Signature Required

TNT Express (Only Applicable for up to 25kg items) and Toll Ipec Shipping Insurance is Optional and Available to Select at the Checkout. On occasion we may ship articles via Australia Post for more remote areas where other carriers are not able to service.

Missed Deliveries
We advise to always ship to an attended Address, if you are unable to do so you can also speak to a friend, family member or even local bike store about possibly receipting and/or building for you as our services are Signature on Delivery and no items will be left at doorsteps, if so any missed deliveries will incur additional fees.

Shipping Insurance
We highly recommend that all customers opt for shipping insurance at the checkout, especially for high value items. Any lost, missing or damages caused to product during the freight process we accept no liability for, so this is your sole responsibility. Shipping Insurance is available on items up to a maximum value of $5,000 at the checkout. 

Order Processing
All orders placed are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days, where we aim to have all orders dispatched same day before 2pm GMT+10 Queensland AU time. Orders are not shipped on weekends and public holidays. Processing time does not include the overall shipping time. If your order does not arrive within 16 Business Days of the fulfilment shipment date please notify us by email along with your order number.

Estimated Delivery & Tracking Information
Remember that any estimated delivery date whether provided by us or by our courier's tracking network is to be used as a guide only and generally are based on small articles or parcels that go through automatic conveyors. These dates can also vary or be delayed due to unforeseen reasons or public holiday peak periods. Keep in mind large items such as Scooters, Bikes or Motorcycles will not be subject to standard delivery time frames that a courier may estimate or suggest as they require much more manual handling and generally travel via road, so do not rely on tracking information to be 100% correct.

How Your Order is Shipped
All products are shipped boxed and/or packed securely of which some items such as Bikes are sent 80% Assembled and may require professional assembly before use. If you are not confident in assembling your product safely please visit a local bike store or dealer to do so as incorrect assembly may result in your warranty becoming void.

Correct Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping information is correct and your address is attended by someone who can sign for your delivery, as once we ship your order we cannot recover the cost of lost or stolen goods and/or re-delivery fee's.

Note: Estimates are based off our Free Standard Shipping Service's and on Business days to Metro Area's and do not include Rural Area's, Weekends, Christmas / Peak Season or Public Holidays. Please use this as a guide only.

Here at RFN Motorcycles Quality and Assurance means a thousand words. Thats why we stand behind all our products with our extensive Nation Wide Warranty! 

Any Warranty, Service or Parts related requests and enquiries must be lodged with our Tech Team for assessment. To submit your Warranty Claim with us, simply contact us. Alternatively if you have purchased from your local dealer then please refer back to your local store for warranty assistance.

Warranty Periods:

• 1 Year's on RFN Electric Bikes
• 6 Month's on Products Sold as "Ex-Demo" or "Refurbished" items
• 3 Month's on any Parts & Accessories*

What Our Warranty Covers:

• Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure
• Original Purchasers of Product where a Receipt is Presentable

What We Don't Cover:

• Damage or Failure due to misuse (eg. freestyle activities) 
• Damage caused by failure to service or uphold regular maintenance 
• Damage caused from water, natural disaster, fires, storms or floods
• Damage caused from foreign objects or debris
• Damage caused by incorrect fitment, installation or assembly
• Damage caused during freight (Please opt for freight insurance at the checkout if you require)
• Damaged caused by failure to uphold Maintenance Schedule as outline on the manual
• Wear and Tear Items eg. Tyres, Tubes, Bearings, Brake Pads & Discs
• Modification, Alterations, and Installation of parts that are not supplied as original equipment or where the device is altered from it's original manufacturers state
• Failure of components/parts/accessories used on foreign brands products, for "DIY" purposes or where the item is used on products that are not Ampd Brothers branded items. Eg. Ampd Brothers batteries used on home made custom built bikes.
• Persons who are not the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt
• Claims outside the Valid Warranty Date from the Date of Receipt
• Products that were won as Prizes in exclusive competitions or giveaways
• Any Packaging required to pack items Securely for Return Repairs
• *Accessories such as Clothing, Bags, Tyres, Tubes, Serviceable Fluids, Perishables or Wear and Tear items

What Happens When I Have a Warranty Problem?

1. Contact a member of our team to assist with diagnosing the problem
2. If a manufacturers fault is established we will ship out the replacement part OR 
3. If the fault requires a technician to diagnose, repair or install components we will direct you to one of our dealers, a local bike store or technician for further attention OR
4. In extreme and isolated cases we will arrange return of the product to us at our own expense.

Note: Items that are required to be returned for repairs will need to be packed securely for freight, of which it is up to the purchaser to ensure that the product is packed securely for this return process. Any Damages caused during freight are not warrantable nor covered by Ampd Brothers.

RFN Australia takes customer safety seriously and with this in mind we hereby declare that any modification, alterations, and installation of parts that are not RFN Australia parts or supplied as original equipment by the manufacturer are not covered by warranty.

RFN Australia will void any product warranty immediately and not take any responsibilities for any problems arising from modifications, alterations, or aftermarket replacement on the following parts (including but not limited to): battery, motor, controller, throttle, transmission system, suspension systems and braking systems, etc.

The above mentioned alteration or modification to such parts can pose serious safety risks that could cause injury or even death.
